Scrivens and THEO have partnered up to offer residents a customized tenants insurance package that will protect you and your stuff while living at THEO.

Simply fill in the form below to get started. After you complete the form, you will receive payment instructions based on your selections. Please complete payment ASAP to get your coverage in place before you move in!

$325 + 8% PST. This is the full package! You will have coverage for nearly all situations, including theft, unless it is specifically excluded in the policy.
$250 + 8% PST. This is a cheaper option but you will carry the financial risk of some of the losses yourself (ie. theft). Basically, this will only cover losses that are specifically stated in the policy (ie. fire, lightning, smoke, etc.).

DISCLAIMER: 100% Retained Premium. Which means that this policy is for one full year and payment will be made at the beginning of the policy. For example, September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020. No refunds will be issued for any time not spent in the unit.
